Before deciding to host your web site with GetSite Hosting, please read and understand these rules.

GetSite Hosting is capable of giving away 10MB of free web space thanks to the sponsorship of our advertisers. Each page that you create is required to carry our advertising html, which will load in an advertising banner. These banners will always be limited to one standard size (468x60) sponsorship banner.

The banner advertisements must be located "Above the Fold" on your pages. Above the Fold is the uppermost viewable area within a browser window consisting of 608x320 pixels. This is considered to be approximately the size of a single screen which is visible to browsers without the need for scrolling. Publishers familiar with the advertising standards for online media proposed by CASIE should note that "above the fold" adheres to the dimensions of 19x10 units of 32x32 pixels.

You cannot move the banner "below the fold" on your pages. In the case the banner is interfering with frames or other features on your other pages, you can move the banner ad to be in only one of the frames. However, the GetSite Hosting ad must still be above the fold. If you have other banners on your page, ours must be on top.

This service is provided for BUSINESSES ONLY. No personal homepages.

Do not use your web space for providing material that is grossly offensive to the Web community including blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity, or for promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, or promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual.

GetSite Hosting is not responsible for the content of any Home Page, and the opinions and views expressed in the Home Pages do not necessarily reflect those of GetSite Hosting. The contents of the Home Pages are not reviewed in any way before they appear in GetSite Hosting.

Pages can not contain, or contain links to, any of the following: copyrighted material not belonging to you, alcohol or tobacco content, gambling, nudity, sex, pornography, foul language, hate propaganda, mpeg layer two or three files, anything illegal, mail fraud, pyramid schemes or be insulting to another person(s) or Company. This includes anything considered Adult material.

You cannot copy any other page and/or images without prior consent from the originator of the other page and/or images.

Sending bulk/spam email from our server, or sending such email with your GetSite Hosting web site listed as the contact address is grounds for immediate removal. Likewise for mass/spam news postings. And we also reserve the right to remove any accounts advertising or distributing software or services that may contribute to news or email spamming. We also do not allow banner exchanges due to the fact that they drain resources from other members.

GetSite Hosting makes no guarantee as to the availability of service.

Pages are subject to removal, if there is no activity (hits or edits) on the page for 15 days.

You as the author of your pages take full responsibility for its contents. As the author you state your page contains nothing illegal, pornographic, degrading or abusive to another person, including pages that promote hate group propaganda. As the author, you also state that nothing on your page is copyrighted material not belonging to you. You agree that GetSite Hosting has the right to remove any page it determines, in its sole judgement, has violated these conditions. By submitting your pages, you are agreeing to all these conditions.

Limitation of Liability. CUSTOMER understands that the Internet and other various networking communication mediums are not secure, unless explicitly specified as such, and may be subject to interception or loss. GetSite Hosting makes no warranties of any kind, either express, implied, or statutory concerning the data or information available through the GetSite Hosting network. IN NO EVENT WILL GetSite Hosting BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO CUSTOMER. GetSite Hosting'S liability to Customer for actual damages for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action will be strictly limited to a maximum of the Fees paid for the prior 12 months.

Indecency Clause. GetSite Hosting services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or solicitation of any material which violates United States Federal, State, or other laws which may apply in this jurisdiction or your local area, is prohibited. This may include material which is obscene, threatening, harassing, libelous, or in any way a violation of intellectual property laws. You agree that any material you publish which would commonly be considered "indecent" or "appealing to the prurient interest", also commonly referred to as "adult" material, will not be hosted on your site, nor will any links to such sites exist within your site.

CUSTOMER agrees to use GetSite Hosting account in a way that conforms with all applicable laws and regulations. CUSTOMER specifically agrees not to make any attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks contained either within or outside or under the direct control of GetSite Hosting's network.

GetSite Hosting reserves the right to delete any page it deems unacceptable for any reason without prior notice.

Any pages that do not comply with the above guidelines will be removed.

GetSite Hosting reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time.
