All GetSiteSM clients must sign a GetSiteSM contract which provides several non-compete
clauses, protecting your customers from being swayed
to switch to another ISP. The GetSiteSM contract also guarantees no contact will
be made between GetSiteTM,
Inc. and your direct customers, for any reason. GetSiteSM
clients are required to assign two contacts within
their company to be the sole liaisons between GetSite
and their company on any GetSiteSM
issues. This insures further security for our GetSiteSM clients. Additional personnel can be
added to the initial contract but only by the original
'Main' and 'Secondary' contacts.
GetSiteSM customers
utilizing the basic service are expected to provide
email, and any other Internet services directly
through their existing ISP. GetSite(tm)
services include all aspects of connecting
an end user to the Internet through a dynamically
assigned IP address through a PPP connection. All
other services that you wish to include in your
sales to an end user are your responsibility, unless
Optional Services
are purchased.
Busy Signal Policy.
All GetSite sites operate at a user to modem ratio
of less than 10 to 1. We make every effort to operate
all sites at or under this ratio using various monitoring
tools and call reports from the telcos. In the event
a site's utilization grows beyond this ratio, we
guarantee we will correct the ratio by adding more
capacity within 30 days or less. It is our policy
to provide GetSiteSM
service without busy signals. The only method of
tracking this statistic reliably is through the
actual telecom provider in conjunction with our
own monitoring and growth projections.
